44% of Americans make yearly resolutions to make some sort of habitual change and nearly half fail. Why? Because most of us aren't even aware of our habits. Studies show by the age of 35 most of our actions are performed from our subconscious and hard wired into our brain.

But you can create change and intentionally rewire your brain to create positive habits through a reward system like Loops which provides repetition and accountability.

Science Based Design

Decades of psychological research show that simply repeating a small action in a consistent context, leading to a perceived reward, forms a habit.

This connection between cue, action, and reward is how a habit is born, AKA the habit loop.

We can trigger positive reinforcement through an external reward, like money, food, or praise—or in this case, a cute and stylish bracelet.

Loops are designed to be your constant cheerleaders, offering daily encouragement as you work towards building better habits. They not only track habits but also serves as cheerleader and accountability partner providing a visual reminder and a daily reward.

How it works

Break your habit loop and trigger positive change by adding a daily visual reminder.

  1. Set your goal
  2. Reward yourself daily
  3. Reach a MILESTONE replace singles
  4. Keep adding until you have formed a new habit!

If you miss a day, it's up to you whether you want to take them off and start over or if you want to extend yourself some grace….for example if your Loop is about working out, perhaps that day you achieve your goal by going for a walk, or gardening.
