  4. Reach 30 days, replace all with a milestone bracelet
  5. Keep going until you have formed a new habit!

*If you miss a day, it's up to you whether you want to take them off and start over if you want to extend yourself some grace….for example if your Loop is about working out, it's not sustainable that we go full out everyday, perhaps that day you achieve your goal by going for a walk, or gardening – some active recovery
